As it celebrates its fourth anniversary, The Pantry at Dusit Thani Manila introduces a new dining concept that plays up the fun of firing up the grill and dining outdoors. Saturday Night Grill makes a delightful change from the standard dinner buffet, as diners can enjoy hot, freshly-grilled meats to their hearts’ content from The Pantry’s al fresco section. Here, one can choose from an extensive variety of cuts, as well as sausages and meatballs that are grilled to perfection by The Pantry’s expert chefs.

Australia’s Darling Downs Wagyu beef is the star here: fine cuts of exceptional quality from cattle that have been raised on grass during their first 18 months of life, then penned in feedlots for another 15 months to produce meat that is beautifully marbled and full of flavour.

Aside from meats hot off the grill, diners are spoilt for choice at the regular buffet with a variety of dishes from a diverse array of cuisines, including Filipino, Italian, and Indian.

Those with a sweet tooth are also in for a treat as there is a choice selection of cakes, pastries, and ice creams over at the dessert station.

All this in mind, The Pantry at Dusit Thani Manila has added a touch of fire and spice to the weekend dining scene.
