Coming in at number 5 on the 2018 World's Best 50 Restaurants list, Gaggan is the only Asian restaurant to the appear on the top 10 tier. Rightfully deserved, this achievement comes hot of the heels of Gaggan claiming the number 1 spot on the recent Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list for the fourth time in a row.

#17 – Den

Den may come in at number 17 on the World's Best 50 Restaurants list but it managed to take the number 2 spot in the Asian-only version. The innovative cook Yoshihiro Narisawa marries his experiences taken from working across South America, Europe and Asia with that of his culinary heritage, producing dishes that consistently wow guests. He is known for sourching some of the best organic produce in Japan and recently graced the number 6 spot on the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list. Narisawa was also recognised by his peers and awarded the Chef's Choice Award this year.

#24 – Ultraviolet by Paul Pairet

In fact, dining here is so exclusive that the restaurant, if you can call it that after looking at its theatrical dining room, only serves 10 guests per night at a secret location.
