The chef Fernando Aracama is the first in the series of culinary experts at Café Veranda this September.

Restaurateur and Pinoy Junior MasterChef judge, the chef Fernando Aracama, will be taking over Café Veranda on September 6, 7, 13, and 14. In its diamond anniversary, Taal Vista Hotel celebrates Filipino culinary artistry in the Culinary Gems: A Festival of Filipino Flavours Buffet on selected weekends from September 6 to November 23.

Savour the signature dishes of the chef, including Pancit Molo, Chicken Inasal, Crispy Ubod Lumpia, Sinanglay na isda en papillote, Beef Adobo sa Tuba, Prochetta Negrense, and many more flavours of the Negros island. Lunch buffet is from 11:30 AM to 3 PM and dinner buffet is from 6 PM to 10 PM.
