With their Aero Press coffee made from locally-sourced beans and baristas who know their menu by heart, finding the perfect cup here is no hard task. Pay a visit at their newest branch at Salcedo village, with its interiors revamped—brighter and cosier than the previous one they had in Chino Roces.

Hineleban Café

Hineleban Café, a child of Hineleban farms, is dedicated in putting the spotlight on indigenous coffee farmers from Mindanao. There's a lot of blends to marvel at in their menu, but if you want an even more bespoke drink, take a pick from their different alternative brewing methods available—Aero Press, French press, pour over, and Siphon.

Their playful blends and bespoke mixes always hits the spot and matches the palate of every guest. Their beans are specially roasted by #YKW Roasters, or occasionally, by expert brewers they partner with.

What to order: Best to ask the baristas on what suits your taste best!

Commune

Since its opening, Commune has only served brews from local beans coming from Benguet, Sagada, South Cotobato, Kapatagan, Bukidnon and many others. As a matter of fact, they have created their own blend of coffee, the Commune blend, from Arabica and Robusta beans. Aside from these, single origin beans from Mount Matutum, Mount Kitanglad and Sagada and other Arabica growing regions in the Philippines are also available in store. There's also so much room for customisation in their menu. All their coffee drinks can be ordered decaf and brewed different ways, from French press, V60, and Chemex.

What to order: The Commune Blend, Single Origin, and Cortado

The Commune is located at 36 Polaris St., Makati, Metro Manila
