Dubbed 'flavourful disruptors of South Indian cuisine' by the Michelin Guide, Nadodi KL is soon to put Malaysia on the map at the Dubai Food Festival on March 6-7, 2019.

Fresh-faced and fiercely talented (one is barely 30 while the other turns 31 this year), Sricharan Venkatesh of Nadodi and Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio, will complement one another's strengths at the 2019 Dubai Food Festival. "Trèsind does Northern Indian cuisine whereas Nadodi specialises in Southen Indian cuisine," commented Venkatesh. "We share a similar goal, which is to showcase our country's cuisine." Together, they will present a 14-course menu to delight discerning gourmets, with each chef preparing seven creative courses.
