Easter Treat
Holy Week may look a little different this year, but that doesn't mean you have to miss out on Nobu at City of Dreams Manila! This Easter, the renowned restaurant is bringing back their Nobu Sunday Brunch exclusively on Easter Sunday (4 April 2021) from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Enjoy unlimited a la carte menu items for only Php2,950 per person. Each guest will be seated all throughout the dining experience to comply with the necessary hygiene protocol.
Indulge in a mouthwatering selection of signature entrées such as Shrimp Tempura, Sea Bass Jalapeño, Baked Mussels in Aji Amarillo Aioli, Nobu Kurobota Pork Sisig, Grilled Baby Octopus with Anticucho Sauce, and Pulled Pork Slider Bao Bun. Sides and soups like Hot Udon Noodles, Roasted Kabocha with Maple Miso Butter, and Prawn Yuzu Miso Soup will also be flowing freely for all brunch diners. But the best part has got to be the fresh sushi and sashimi that Nobu is so beloved for. Tuna Matsuhisa, Yellowtail Jalapeño, Salmon KSM, Oshizushi (pressed sushi), and the Chef’s selection of premium sushi cups will all be at your beck and call.
Shichimi-crusted Wagyu Leg, kushiyaki, green tea ice cream, chocolate bento, and tofu cheesecake will also be available as a treat to go with free-flowing sodas, juices, mocktails, and tea and coffee.

Nobu's April Omakase
Those who would prefer a more traditional meal can sit down to Nobu's April Omakase, an eight-course degustation specially curated to suit fine palates. For only PHP6,210, guests can enjoy Hamachi with Crispy Shitake Salsa followed by Chef's choice sushi. The third dish will be a wholesome serving of Fresh Tuna with Cilantro Salsa and Tachiuo Salad. Norwegian Salmon with Orange Sake Mirin is set to follow. After diners have savoured each bite, they are treated to Grilled Tenderloin with Edamame Pesto before being served a dashi-based Asari Clam Soup. To cap the meal off, look forward to a serving of Raspberry Curd with Lime Cremeux and Pistachio Blueberry Sorbet. Delicious!
