Chef Jessie Rockwell Club
If you are looking for something familiar yet with that signature Chef Jessie Sinsioco touch, try the special menu she curated for this year’s Best Restaurants Week at Rockwell. For Php 2,000, diners will definitely love the heart of palm in herbed crepe pouch with tamarind vinaigrette dressing served on a salad of local greens for starters; a choice between grilled US Black Angus fillet mignon steak in bordelaise sauce or grilled tiger prawns in Mantaigo butter sauce with fettuccine amatriciana and sautéed French beans and red cabbage on the side, for main course; and the cotton soft cheesecake with marinated strawberries for dessert paired with Chef Jessie's Premium Roast coffee or your choice of tea. Service charges apply.
Italian and Filipino influences seamlessly combine with the Chef Margarita Fores’ new dish to be released on Tatler Dining Week at Rockwell—spaghettini, Italian zucchini flowers, and Capiz bihod. It is truly a great way to showcase both culinary cultures in one plate.
Forget about the House Crispy Sisig or the Sinigang na beef short ribs and watermelon—well, at least for this week—and do order the chicharon pork rib sinigang, a new, innovative take on the classic Filipino favourite.
Filipino favourites take centre stage at Mesa, where diners can savour a special menu good to share for five to six people. The menu, priced at Php 1,990, highlights bestsellers such as the sinigang na salmon head, braised beef, shrimp salted egg, baby squid in olive oil, laing cooked two-ways, garlic rice, and crispy leche flan. Make sure to come prepared with a big appetite!
Quench your thirst with this Japanese-Peruvian restaurant’s unlimited wine offer at Php 699. Enjoy reds, whites, or a mix of both for three full hours. Don’t forget to order their signature tiradito and ceviche, too, from the regular menu for a match made in heaven
For a casual meal with family or friends, savour French favourites without breaking the bank. Its three-course menu that includes a refreshing strawberry feta salad, salmon Provençale, and a sinfully decadent red berries éclair, all for Php 880
Only for Tatler Dining Week at Rockwell, the popular Spanish restaurant offers specially curated dishes such as the croqueton de pollo (chicken croqueta, demiglace), Wagyu and foie burger, and Bravas 2.0 . Their wine selections are great, too, so you might want to pair these delectable bites with a pour or two of your favourite cava.
Free-flowing cocktails such as the SOB Martini, Classy Jamaican, Tom Collins, and Tony Curtis are on offer for the entire week. For Php 699, you can have unlimited refills of these libations for three hours from the start of the first order. Don’t forget to drink moderately.
