As the year comes to a close, the Marriott Café will hold the grand finale of its Sunday Brunch 2.0 promotion on 1 December, as diners can have their early holiday treats of rock lobsters, live crabs, prime steaks, roast pig carvings, grilled specialties, cheeses and charcuterie, and the best of international cuisine that ranges from Japanese, Chinese, and Indian, together with Filipino favourites all served with overflowing drinks and spirits.
Appetisers and Mains
The Marriott Café goes all out on its last Sunday Brunch 2.0 promo, starting with the Greatroom's premium grazing table filled with an array of cheeses and cold cuts. Here, guests can nibble on creamy Brie and savoury prosciutto, to pair with a glass of red or white wine. The seafood bar offers the freshest picks, cooked to perfection by the chefs, with headliners like garlic butter prawns or an extravagant lobster Thermidor oozing with a creamy sauce and a satisfyingly cheesy crust. The Greatroom also features an assortment of local delicacies to satisfy Filipino cravings for piaya, bibingka, pili tart, peanut kisses, and more. Samalamig or coolers like sago't gulaman, buko pandan, melon juice, and mango sago are also available to evoke childhood memories.
