Embark on a gastronomic voyage at InterContinental Manila starting this August.

The Prince Albert Rotisserie features an array of well-curated dishes made by the celebrated chefs from the InterContinental Hotels Group’s Culinary Ambassador Panel. For 2,500++ pesos per person, diners may enjoy a special Culinary Ambassador three-course menu complemented with wine.

Some of the noteworthy dishes to try are Singapore Chef Sam Leong’s signature Wasabi Prawns available from August 17 to 30, Australian Chef Ross Lusted’s Murray, Chinese Black Vinegar, Bean Sprouts, Ginger and Radish available from August 31 to September 13, as well as Thai celebrity chef Ian Kittichai’s Grilled Lamb with Holy Thai Basil available from September 14 to 27. The culinary journey also includes Italian chef Theo Randall’s Beef Carpaccio with Rocket, Pine Nuts, Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Parmesan, and other succulent dishes inspired by the heritage and gastronomic travels of Michelin-starred Indian chef Vikas Khanna, Japanese Chef Takagi Kazuo, and bread and pastries expert Chef Dean Brettschneider.
