Internationally known sushi chef Masato Nakabayashi visits Manila for one night only.
For one exceptional night on July 5, the world-famous sushi chef Masato Nakabayashi will presebt his patented Masato Show in the exclusive and stylish Buddha-Bar Manila. The crowd shall be astonished with the impressive culinary event, which includes the live cutting of a large fish in preparation for sushi and sashimi. Guests will also enjoy a special pre-set menu and savour Chef Masato’s inspired sushi and sashimi creations.
The accomplished international sushi expert is known for his ability to surprise the most discerning of diners by producing inventive and unconventional dishes that have now been recognized as “Buddha-bar style." Masato is currently working at the Buddha-Bar Paris main headquarters. The food critic and Iron Chef judge Masuhiro Yamamato has said that a great sushi master has five prevalent attributes: earnestness and persistence for a high level of work, strong aspiration for constant skill improvement, thriving fixation on cleanliness, profound desire for work independence, and intense passion for the profession. With these Masato continues to develop sensational and unpredictable flavours of sushi for everyone to tastefully experience.
The Masato Show is on a limited one-night only run from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on July 5. Tickets are at 1,000 pesos per person, which includes a serving of tuna sashimi and sushi dishes paired with wine and sake.
