Born from the intimate ritual of hosting friends, Ito is a self- styled “beverage space” in the flourishing Legazpi Village neighbourhood that recently transitioned from exclusive tasting menus to a more accessible walk-in format. Founded by Niko Tiutan and Alex Atienza-Tiutan, this serene spot offers distinct programmes: afternoon coffee and tea, and evening cocktails–while the focus always remains on seasonal local produce.
