Owned and operated by Fumiaki Nozato, a world coffee cocktail champion and Japan’s best bartender turned roaster, this Osaka hideaway is part café, part lab, and entirely devoted to the pursuit of liquid beauty.
From the counter, guests watch Nozato and his team choreograph their creations: cocktails inspired by pastry, art and sustainability. The Element dazzles like a dessert in motion, the Double World merges Martini and Manhattan while repurposing ingredients often discarded in both industries, and the Making Story lets you “drink” the coffee tree from blossom to bean. There’s even a hands-on matcha preparation experience and a bespoke Irish Coffee menu where whisky and roast are matched to your mood.
