Authentic Japanese fare with a lively robatayaki experience

With its location on the 101st floor of Hong Kong’s tallest building, the view at Inakaya is a given, but it’s the theatrics, particularly in the robatayaki room, that amplifies the dining experience. Apart from its main dining room, Inakaya is divided into areas devoted to teppanyaki, sushi and robatayaki. Here, seasonal seafood and vegetables are assembled for diners to choose from, in addition to signature dishes such as supreme assorted sashimi, grilled kinki fish, and Japanese black-haired Wagyu. Stay until the end of the service for an invitation to partake in mochitsuki, a lively mochi-pounding ceremony.
