With its location on the 101st floor of Hong Kong’s tallest building, the view at Inakaya is a given, but it’s the theatrics, particularly in the robatayaki room, that amplifies the dining experience. Apart from its main dining room, Inakaya is divided into areas devoted to teppanyaki, sushi and robatayaki.
