Hommage

A celebration of nature and the people who make its dining experience magical
Hommage’s philosophy is as its name suggests: to show gratitude, admiration and respect for nature, producers, and everyone who contributes to its refined fine-dining experience. Helmed by chef-owner Noboru Arai, the menu follows a personal and inventive culinary narrative that interprets traditional French gastronomy through a Japanese lens. The restaurant is guided by Arai’s philosophy of “Simple, Minimal, Accurate”, shaping each dish. The space is warm, intimate and offers a cosy yet sophisticated atmosphere, where the proprietress greets guests in kimono, an Asakusa touch that reflects the charm of Tokyo’s traditional downtown.
Tatler Tip
Request a table on the earlier side for dinner, as the last order is at 7.30pm and the kitchen closes early. Also note: the restaurant is on the second floor with staircase access only.
