Modern tropical cocktail bar Here & Now is decorated with doodles reminiscent of modern cavemen drawings, with its pastel interior resembling caves and sand. Head bartender and founder Affie Adut has been instrumental in the bar's success, and draws inspiration for their latest menu from ancient traditions of using fruit and roots into cocktails.
