Hálong—the Ilonggo word which means to care and show appreciation for someone—vows to introduce guests to bold new creations in a relaxed environment, creating dishes with depth and interesting textures too. The kitchen is constantly exploring its young identity, so expect an ever-evolving tasting menu and à la carte experience that pushes the boundaries of these two cuisines.
