Greenlight Burgers is Alvin Cailan’s no-frills Manila burger joint, created with the teams behind Izakaya Geronimo and Carlo’s. Operating by a stoplight system, green means open, red means sold out. The intentionally small, focused menu ensures every burger is crafted with care: daily fresh-baked buns, flavourful double- ground beef, onions prepared two ways, and classic American cheese. Guests can order at the window and dine al fresco, or grab a bite indoors (if you’re lucky) to enjoy fast, consistent, and crispy yet juicy smashburgers under the watchful eye of head chef Ivan Ahmed.
