Good Morning Wines is a specialist bar dedicated exclusively to Japanese viti and viniculture. Owners Micah Cabral and Dimitri Roleda personally lead this intimate space, which recently expanded to six seats. Guests can explore a rotating monthly selection of four to six featured wines available by the glass or as tasting flights, alongside Hokkaido cheese and occasional house-made small plates. As the only Japanese wine specialist in the Philippines, it offers a sincere, educational journey into unique regional terroirs.
