Led by Chef Tong Yuthajak Saengsarttra, this intimate chef’s table presents a highly personal interpretation of Thai cuisine shaped by years of international experience. After training across Europe and working alongside globally recognised names such as David Thompson and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Chef Tong returned to Bangkok to develop a style that balances technical precision with instinctive creativity. The menu reflects a strong understanding of flavour layering, where presentation and composition are treated as extensions of taste rather than decoration. Each course is designed to engage both visually and sensorially, resulting in a dining experience that feels deliberate, expressive, and deeply rooted in the chef’s individual journey.
