In celebration of Yakniku Ushio's second anniversary in Hong Kong, the Japanese head chef has curated a selection of premium and exquisite ingredients for a special Yakiniku omakase menu. 

Featuring some of the restaurant's most beloved dishes, including Takasaki wagyu sirloin yakisuki, salt-grilled and sauce-grilled Takasaki wagyu, as well as thick-cut beef tongue with scallions. Other highlights include premium sturgeon caviar, jumbo tiger prawns, and sea urchin. This special omakase menu is not to be missed for any wagyu beef and seafood lovers.

Originally priced at HK$1,488 per person, the second anniversary omakase menu is priced at HK$988 per person for a limited time only.
