Winter solstice is an important Chinese festival that celebrates the longest night of the year, giving everyone more time to enjoy warm gatherings with their families. Megan’s Kitchen has launched a winter solstice festival set menu which is made with a variety of top-quality seafood and meat for a luxurious feast with friends and family.
The menu begins with chicken soup with fish maw and wolfberry which is both nutritious and nourishing, followed by braised whole abalone, mushrooms and goose web, lobster in Hua Diao wine and chicken oil with rice noodles, braised Dong Po pork with plum, white cabbage with Chinese ham in superior broth, braised giant grouper’s fin and deep fried chicken stuffed with glutinous rice. The meal is wrapped up with sesame sweet dumplings in ginger tea to complete the meal.
The Megan’s Kitchen winter solstice set is available for bookings from November 21 onwards with an early-bird offer of 10% off reservations before December 10, 2022.
