This winter, Le Soleil at Royal Garden Hong Kong is launching a new array of Vietnamese classics crafted by native Vietnamese chef Do Thi Thuy Linh. The exotic array of signatures include steamed rice flour pouches with minced pork and dried shrimp; crispy-fried Saigon spring rolls; baked whole snapper in sea salt; braised oxtail with lemongrass and tomatoes served in casserole; together with A4 Miyazaki wagyu beef pho, an upgrade from the Vietnamese classic. Le Soleil’s winter delights are available now until December 15.
