Welcome the Year of Rabbit at Megan’s Kitchen

As Chinese traditions go, Lunar New Year is one of the grandest festivals. For this reason, Megan’s Kitchen is preparing a series of festive dishes to welcome and celebrate the Year of the Rabbit. Highlighted dishes include a dish made for the prosperity toss, complete with Dalian abalone and vegetarian shark’s fin; braised preserved oysters and pork’s tongue with dried black moss and Chinese lettuce; braised pork knuckles with lotus roots; braised hairy melon with fresh crabmeat and whole conpoy; and deep fried prawns in salted egg yolk with broccoli.

Those who cannot decide can opt for the festive menu which is designed for six to 12 guests and features all aforementioned dishes, along with others such as double-boiled chicken soup with vegetarian caviar; conpoy and dried conch; deep fried giant grouper with golden rice cake; lotus leaf abalone fried rice.
