On March 12, the members-only restaurant will open its floor to wagyu aficionados all over town to indulge in their iconic katsu sando, created with pedigree Ozaki and Kobe wagyu beef. For one night only, the wagyu mecca will showcase three varieties of wagyu cutlet sandwiches, including the DB Sando (an impromptu striploin sando creation made for David Beckham), Dry Age Striploin (featuring the restaurant’s premium 100-day dry aged striploin cut), and Wagyumafia’s signature Chateaubriand katsu sando.

Wagyu katsu sandos are priced from HK$1,000 to HK$2,000 per order. Seats are limited for the one-night-only dinner pop-up at the restaurant. Reservations are available here.
