Valentine's Day dinner by the sea at Harlan's

Harlan’s romantic six-course dinner is designed to delight lovebirds celebrating Valentine's Day as they enjoy the mesmerising views of Victoria Harbour.

The menu features exquisite creations such as a delectable seafood medley in Japanese fish soup, refreshing heirloom tomato soup, and abalone and Hokkaido scallop carpaccio. There are also scrumptious main courses to delight the palate including US prime beef skirt with ruffle potato gratin and dual asparagus, or carabinero with homemade tortellini. Not forgetting dessert, the sweet finale showcases a heart-shaped yuzu and earl grey mousse cake. Two special cocktails will also be prepared for the special occasion. In addition, all ladies who dine in on the evening will receive a complimentary fresh rose.
