The Chinese restaurant presents a range of rustic winter dishes to ring in the New Year
The New Year is the time to reflect on changes, and both branches of the Chinese restaurant Tsui Hang Village, in Tsim Sha Tsui and Central, have launched a new a la carte menu with rustic Shunde and Hakka classics to whet your appetite. Using abundant produce sourced from the two Guangdong provinces, the new menu showcases authentic village dishes. Highlights of the new menu include:
- Braised goose with sweet vinegar
- Crispy minced carp cakes and crispy bread topped with milk custard
- Stuffed duck with 12-head abalone
- Pan-fried spare ribs with ginger and garlic
- Traditional baked chicken in rock salt
