Grand Harbour celebrates Autumn ingredients with promotional soups and the famed hairy crab.

Autumn's arrival brings about new seasonal ingredients in the world of Chinese cooking, with restaurant Grand harbour celebrating that arrival with three offerings.

Diners will now be able to savour two wholesome double boiled soups at the restaurant, with the first being a tropical green papaya fish soup and the second being fresh ginseng with black chicken. These soups are made to be both flavourful and nourishing.

The changing season also brings with it the famous hairy crab, a type of Chinese crustacean known for its rich roe and flavour. The crabs are now available a la carte or in a premium set that comes with other dishes.
