Day 1

The event kicked off with a bang in the form of the IQOS Together X Opening Celebration at REXKL’s REXPERIENCE, featuring talented local DJs, including Ira Roslan and DJ CZA, as well as performers Dennis and ALYPH.

A grazing table was the centerpiece of the stage, featuring a curated selection of bites by Nathalie's Gourmet. Also on offer were bites from Madam Kwans. Our drink partners, Belvedere, Hennessy, Sapporo, Tapping Tapir, Finding Hylas, Uncle Yap, and Spritzer also kept guests buzzing and hydrated.

Meanwhile, The Northern Takeover saw three of Penang's most celebrated chefs—Johnson Wong of Gen, Su Kim Hock of Restaurant au Jardin, and Nurilkarim Razha of Jawi House, come together for only night only, to present Penang's beloved flavours and ingredients at Mona Lisa. The dinner was paired with Moët & Chandon Impérial, Minuty Prestige Rosé 2022, and Terrazas Reserva Malbec 2022.

Day 2

UpperHouse, Chinatown's new rooftop glasshouse hotspot, hosted a private lunch, featuring modern Asian sharing plates inspired by Chinatown's surroundings to kick off the weekend. The lunch was paired with Moët & Chandon Impérial, Terrazas Reserva Chardonnay 2023, and Terrazas Reserva Malbec 2022.

The evening saw the first day of the Street Sips and Bites Fiesta, which was held within REXKL itself. Local vendors Chocha Foodstore, Ignis KL, Supernormal, Kayra, Terra Dining, Bartolo Bakehouse, Provisions, Triple Decker, Dao, Paolo Paolo Gelato, Aliyaa, and The Hungry Tapir cooked up a storm throughout the evening. Drinks were also on pour from The Tapping Tapir, Uncle Yap, Spritzer, and Hylas.

Outside, the electrifying Lorong Panggung was abuzz with music and life with the surrounding festivities. Julia Amin, Jonnyvicious, and Anuar kept the music playing throughout the evening. The Tatler Bar Crawl also featured some of the city’s most prestigious and award-winning bars, who crafted exclusive cocktails never seen before. The bars were Penrose, PS150, Concubine, Botak Liquor, XO, Baiju, UpperHouse, Chochou, Jann, and Crane.

Day 3

The festivities continued with the Street Sips and Bites Fiesta, the Lorong Panggung takeover, and the The Tatler Bar Crawl. On the last evening, DJs LZZY, Peot, and Damien ensured guests were having fun and dancing the night away.

Instead of a private lunch, the last day of the event featured Malaysia’s Longest Brunch, which began with a tipple from Minuty Prestige. The viking-style communal dining experience hosted over a hundred guests who indulged in a brunch spread prepared by some of KL’s most sought-after pop-up chefs. Nic Wong (also known as AppleFishCakes), 2nd Breakfast, Joel Kirk, and Locus whipped up a storm within REXKL itself.
