Signing up for TAF Meals (pronounced "tough" meals) might be the most practical thing you do for your health this year
In September 2019, Instagram made a public announcement that ruffled some feathers: the app's new algorithm would soon block teenage users from seeing weight-loss ads. Reactions were mixed, but the need for 'filtering' can only be blamed on a growing amount of misleading information propagating myths surrounding weight loss. When such medical quackery fails, as it inevitable will, the consumer is often left to wallow in low self-esteem.
Anxious to do right by their customers, TAF Meals has been practising transparency since day one. Platform Hospitality Group, TAF Meals's parent company, even removed words such as 'trim' and 'fit' in their branding so as not to mislead their followers into believing in overnight fixes.
