The two masters of meat will collaborate with Nathan Green for a nose-to-tail extravaganza this November

This November, the legendary Fergus Henderson of St John is returning to Hong Kong, joining forces with Hawksmoor’s Richard Turner and Rhoda’s Nathan Green in a rare six-hands collaboration dinner, including wine pairing by St. John restaurant co-founder and wine aficionado Trevor Gulliver.

From November 7-11, the meat-focused trio will prepare an elaborate four-course dinner, showcasing fine meats and trimmings, with signatures from each chef’s respective restaurant. The full menu is as follows:

Each course will be matched with rare wines from the St. John cellar. The exclusive five-course menu is priced at HK$1,650 per person including wine pairing, where guests can select their preferred labels from Gulliver's wide range selected for the collaboration dinner event.

Rhoda’s bar is also set to be taken over as the no-reservations St. John Bar, where the London restaurant’s more relaxed style of eating is showcased, including notable signatures such as roast bone marrow and parsley salad, deep-fried tripe and ketchup, and ox heart bun.
