The Banyan Tree Macau’s Thai restaurant will present a selection of premium seafood dishes for a limited time only

Saffron’s executive chef Gina Pungjaroenkijkul has put together a sumptuous seafood menu that will be on offer until the end of August. Six dishes are included in the set menu with a plethora of choices for each course. Some of the sumptuous dishes include:

-       Seafood platter with Boston lobster, oysters, Cherry Stone clams and salmon sashimi
-       Traditional spicy river prawns with lemongrass and galangal
-       Fried soft shell crab with tamarind sauce, crispy shallots and coriander
-       Pan seared lobster red curry with eggplant, red chili and sweet basil

Don’t forget to top off your meal with a choice of one of Saffron’s delicious desserts which include lime sorbet, pandan pannacotta and coconut mousse with a kaffir lime infusion. The seafood set menu is priced at MOP668 for two people.
