This Easter, enjoy a multi-course brunch crafted by Sabatini’s Italian chefs

Brunch has become an Easter holiday staple in Hong Kong. At Sabatini Ristorante Italiano, guests are treated to a menu crafted by executive chef Claudio Favero at the Tsim Sha Tsui location, and chef de cuisine Marco Antonio Li Voti at the Central branch, featuring Italian classics across a selection of antipasti, pasta and risotto, mains, desserts and dishes prepared table-side.

The brunch begins with Sabatini’s signature antipasti table, which features a stunning display of fresh seafood on ice, including Boston lobster and snow crab legs. An assortment of antipasti items accompany the centrepiece of seafood, where fresh mozzarella cheese is delicately presented alongside Italian cold cuts, while Parma ham is laid over sweet slices of ripe melon for a classic sweet-savoury combo.

Exclusive to the Central branch, Li Voti will present two signature dishes. Vitello tonnato is a classic Italian chilled item that combines thin slices of slow-cooked veal with a rich and creamy tuna, anchovies, capers, lemon juice and olive oil sauce. Meanwhile, the zucchini trifolati showcases the delicate flavours of sliced courgette sautéed with herbs and mint in olive oil.

Each brunch guest will receive a special course upon arrival. Diners at the Tsim Sha Tsui outlet can enjoy a pan-fried duck liver on toast with dried tomatoes, onion and Sabatini’s balsamic vinegar, while those at the Central branch will receive 10g of Sabatini selection caviar to elevate the experience. Skilled chefs helming the live station will prepare two indulgent plates. The scrambled eggs with black truffle on toast pairs the earthy aroma of black truffles with fluffy eggs, while the Piedmont Fassone beef tartare offers a rich yet refreshing appetiser to the meal. Four main course options follow, ranging from grilled toothfish to lamb chops, Wagyu sirloin, braised short ribs and more. An array of desserts concludes the brunch, including the popular gâteau Saint Honoré and tiramisu.

Sabatini Ristorante Italiano invites diners to relax and unwind with good food, great wines and even better company this Easter at its holiday brunch.
