Celebrate the special date with your loved ones with the Valentine’s Day lunch and dinner menus at Amber by chef Richard Ekkebus, the two-Michelin-starred French fine-dining restaurant.

Seasonal highlights include foie gras, ginseng, yellow wine and Nashi pear; and a special treat of Tasmanian cherry, bourbon vanilla, Dak Lak chocolate and pistachio by executive pastry chef Carles Codina. The four-course Amber lunch experience is priced at HK$1,168 per person, while the six-course full Amber lunch experience is priced at HK$2,988 per person, both with seatings between noon and 1.30pm.

The eight-course Amber Dinner Experience (seatings between 6pm and 9.15pm) is priced at HK$4,488 per person. A glass of Dom Pérignon 2013 will be served with the six-course lunch and eight-course dinner menus to elevate a wonderful dining experience. Alternatively, indulge in bespoke wine pairing options for the complete experience.
