Offering artisanal baked goods and a selection of locally sourced products, Rise by Classified is set to open in Central this December
From fresh bread to perfect pastries, it’s no secret that Hong Kongers love baked goods. And for those who are not-so-gifted in the kitchen, we’re lucky enough to be treated to countless bakeries that deliver everything our hearts desire. The latest addition to the roster of bakeries in the city is Rise by Classified, a new artisan bakery and café concept by Classified Group.
Opening on December 21, the new bakery comes from the group behind Classified and The Pawn––both of which are long-standing Hong Kong favourites. Located in Central, Rise promises a casual environment, along with the ever-tempting lure of freshly baked pastries, to create a perfect start to any day. Using the highest quality seasonal ingredients, the bakery will serve classics such as croissants and pain au chocolat, as well as an ever-changing array of daily specials.
For those who have more time to linger, a menu of larger items including Benedict on Sourdough Tartine, Dutch Baby, and a Rise Burger will be available. The food menu will be complimented by a list of beverages––from coffee to wine.
Going beyond freshly baked pastries, Rise has partnered with several Hong Kong-based brands, including Püra Vïda, Alive Food, and Nicole’s Kitchen, to offer a collection of locally-sourced products with guests’ wellbeing in mind. The bakery and cafés retail section will boast a range of nutritious products, including items like pumpkin spiced granola, blueberry cashew cream cheese, grapefruit rose kombucha, and earl grey fig jam.
