The French restaurant at the InterContinental Hong Kong offers a new month-long exclusive menu as part of Le French Gourmay celebrations

As part of the city-wide celebration of Le French Gourmay this year, Rech by Alain Ducasse is launching a new seafood menu throughout the month of May. From May 1-31, guests can enjoy a unique glass of rose aperitif of Chateau Roubine La Vie En Rose from Cotes de Provence, paired with pissaladiere, a traditional bread topped with caramelised onions, black olives, and anchovies.

Guests can also indulge in a unique five-course menu created by the restaurant’s executive chef Stephane Gortina. The May-exclusive menu features seasonal produce from Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur. The menu is priced at HK$1,188 per person, with additional wine pairing option available at HK$388 per person.
