Yam and duck, a classic combination in Chinese cuisine, make a heavenly match at Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant. Think crispy roast duck stuffed with yam and served with a sweet sauce. During a preview luncheon, the dish proved one of our favourites.

To indulge, order the baked assorted mushrooms stuffed with crab meat and coated with cheese.

If you crave a healthier option, opt for executive chef Tommy Choong's organic village chicken stewed in Chinese herbs. You'll be hard-pressed to find a more comforting creation.

The 'Best of Hong Kong' and organic village chicken promotions run from Oct 1-31, 2019 only, so make your reservations immediately.
