At the helm is renowned Chinese master chef Leung Wing Cheung, the former executive chef of Si Chuan Dou Hua who brings over 40 years of experience, finesse and flair. Whether it is premium Australian lobster or the fleshy matsutake mushrooms, chef Leung’s ability to draw out the natural flavours of these ingredients with minimal seasoning represents the highest standards of Cantonese cooking.

For reunion dinner, look no further than Leung’s set menus worthy of any royal feast. From January 22 to February 24, toss up with the Prosperity Exotic Garden Yu Sheng, where prized ingredients of succulent poached lobster, whisky-infused sea cucumber, black truffle oil and hand-crafted osmanthus sauce satisfy the taste buds. The playful ensemble ensues with luxurious creations of double-boiled supreme soup, enriched with fish maw, sea cucumber and fresh crab claw, and a decadent treasure trove of glutinous rice stuffed with velvety foie gras and crispy-skinned chicken paired alongside pan-seared dried oysters.

Want these delectable bounties to go? Whether you’re playing host or crashing the celebrations, chef Leung's exclusive Lunar New Year gourmet takeaways will surely impress. Aside from the Prosperity Exotic Garden Yu Sheng, other delectable goodies such as the Grand Fortune Pen Cai and the multi-layered ingot-shaped Nian Gao also make for auspicious treats.
