Nourishing Double-Boiled Soup Set Menus At Modern Shanghai

This spring, Modern Shanghai is launching a new set menu, featuring a selection of nourishing double-boiled soups. Guests can enjoy the pure flavours from the unique soup varieties offered at the Shanghainese restaurant, accompanied by the establishment’s popular dishes such as braised pork with abalone in brown sauce; braised chicken with cuttlefish; dry-braised prawns; deep-fried sweet- and- sour fish fillet; and braised white cabbage with sliced salt-cured pork, all served with steamed rice. The new double-boiled soup set menus come in single or double servings, and guests ordering between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm can enjoy a 40% discount.
