Roka, the modern Japanese restaurant at Pacific Place, is offering a six-course seasonal winter menu priced at HK$588 per person. The menu, which offers a choice of three main courses or an upgrade to Japanese Kagoshima wagyu sirloin, is available from December 3. The menu features dishes such as:
- Sea urchin and salmon roe maki roll
- Prawn and hamaguri clam red miso hot pot
- Pork and Hokkaido scallop dumplings
- Vanilla panna cotta with basil strawberry compote and pineapple sorbet
The menu also features a small range of recommended sakes.
