Tatler+ The Dispensary
Unbox a world of sweet and savoury indulgence with Paul Lafayet
The Dispensary in Tai Kwun has joined forces with legendary French pâtisserie, Paul Lafayet, to launch the Sketch Tea Box, where you can personalise the tea box with your very own sketches and handwritten notes on the tea box mirror. The new east-meets-west afternoon tea is filled with Chinese and Italian-inspired delights from The Dispensary’s neighbour restaurants, Cantina and The Chinese Library.
The Sketch Tea Box opens to unveil a vibrant cluster of savoury dim sum and sandwiches with sweet delights. For a limited time only, guests can unbox and enjoy Paul Lafayet’s signature Mini Crème Brûlée, toasted right in front of your eyes with a mouth-watering pair of Paul Lafayet macarons. The tea includes the delicious Tea O’Clock cocktail featuring Hennessy cognac, a unique homemade croissant cordial and tea liqueur. A spirit-free version is also available with teas to sip and relax the afternoon away in the heart of Central.
The Sketch Tea Box is served every Thursday to Sunday, from 3pm to 5pm for only HK$298 per person. Enjoy a sweet collection of Paul Lafayet pastries exclusively from the May 4 to 28.
