Perched high above the city with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour, Michelin-starred Restaurant Petrus offers a fine dining experience where diners can savour reimagined, contemporary French cuisine.

The signature dinner menu features a medley of luxurious delicacies made with prime ingredients and is exquisitely curated by executive chef Uwe Opocensky. Highlights include the succulent Spanish red prawn with garum and sourdough, Japanese potato from Hokkaido, truffle, chicken jus, and special dessert “caviar”.

The signature dinner menu has a rotation of new dishes based on the season's best ingredients. The six-course menu is priced at HK$2,288 per person.
