Led by chef Francesco Fedrighi, Horizon Grill unveils an exciting new menu
Perched on Level 58 of Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur, Horizon Grill has long maintained its reputation for modern European classics featuring fresh catch and premium meats. Recently, its selection of a la carte dishes has been revamped, with some new choices and changes to old favourites.
Those who are familiar with the menu will be excited by the new addition of Hokkaido Scallops with piquillo purée, bagna cauda, capers and ikura. Another new dish is the Australian Rack of Lamb with beetroot gnocchi, parmesan and porcini mushrooms.

Some signatures at Horizon Grill have also been revamped. For instance, the Bone Marrow Steak Tartare, served over grilled bone marrow with shallots and nori chips, as well as the Steak au Poivre Wagyu Sirloin. Whether it’s your first time to Horizon Grill or you’re a regular, a meal here should be finished with the classic Apple Tarte Tatin.
