The Japanese restaurant at Lee Garden One introduces a fine array of simmering warmers

Nabemono, or Japanese-styled hotpot dish where ingredients are cooked while served at the table, is a traditional winter warmer. Gonpachi is launching 12 varieties of these signature Japanese hotpots to warm us up as winter approaches.

From November 9 to January 17, 2016, guests can enjoy six new varieties of Japanese hotpots as well as another six dishes served sizzling in heated stone pots. The simmering hotpot ranges from umami-rich seafood soup to sweet dessert hotpots. Notable varieties include:

- Hokkaido king crab hotpot
- Tsukiji red snapper hotpot
- Kagoshima wagyu beef hotpot
- Hokkaido red bean mocha hotpot

Dishes served sizzling in heated stone pots include Iwate pork belly stone pot, grilled eel fillet stone pot rice, jumbo clams stone pot, and Hokkaido Matsuba crab porridge, among other choices available during dinner.
