Show your love with seasonal Cantonese dining at W Hong Kong

Executive Chinese Chef Johnny Chan has created two 8-course menus, showcasing exquisite gourmet items dedicated to the moms of Hong Kong. Highlighted dishes include double-boiled conch soup with Japanese matsutake, fish maw and bamboo pith; baked crab shell stuffed with Alaskan snow crab meat, onion, eryngii mushroom and cheese; double-boiled black chicken soup with conch and fish maw in young coconut; and braised whole abalone with goose web and seasonal vegetables.

Available on May 8, 2022, the Mother’s Day set menus are priced at HK$980+10% per person, and HK$1,180+10% per person respectively, with a minimum table size of two persons. Wine pairing comes at an additional HK$248+10% per person with sparkling, red and white wine, while an upgrade to champagne is at an additional HK$398+10% per person.
