Surprise Mum this Mother’s Day with the dazzling Hong Kong skyline and the finest Italian and Japanese dishes at Aqua. Available on Mother’s Day weekend, Aqua’s non-stop brunch is a feast filled with unlimited sushi, sashimi, oysters and Italian buffet starters followed by a choice of main course. Brunch ends on a sweet note with Aqua’s decadent dessert platter filled with Italian and Japanese delights. Choose early brunch from 11am to 1pm (HK$688 per person) or non-stop brunch from 1pm to 4.30pm (HK$788 per person) and add on three and a half hours of free-flow with bottomless pours of champagne, sake, wine, cocktails and beer. After brunch, make sure you head outside to the stunning rooftop and take in the view.

On Saturday and Sunday, May 13 and 14, all mothers will also enjoy a special welcome brunch mocktail and a complimentary Japanese salmon rose sashimi with ikura. This floral special is available at both brunch and dinnertime and is paired with a fresh rose that you can gift her to show your appreciation. In the evening, a limited-edition champagne risotto with pickled strawberries, rose petals and gold (HK$218) is also available for added indulgence.
