True to its commitment of utilising the freshest seasonal ingredients, Kushiro's early dinner menu will continue to offer the finest and exquisite delicacies, featuring Hokkaido hairy crab, South African abalone, Hokkaido Bafun sea urchin, Akkeishi oyster, Miyazaki A4 Wagyu beef and other refreshing delights.

Early dinner guests can pamper themselves with an upgrade offer, by enjoying the “Taki” set menu (original price of HK$2,480) at the promotional price of HK$1,980, or the “Kushiro” set menu (original price of HK$2,780) at the promotional price of HK$2,480.
