The master chef from Nagoya is heading to Hong Kong for a one-night exclusive collaboration with Richard Ekkebus
This April, Amber’s four hands dinner series returns with Japanese chef Kenichiro Yamauchi from Japan Yamauchi is set to collaborate with Richard Ekkebus, the establishment’s culinary director at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, in a rare crossover of innovative French cuisine.
Graduated from Osaka’s Tsuji Culinary Institute, Yamauchi was trained under Junji Yashima of Enoteca Daru Giungino and David Senia of La Baie before opening his eponymous restaurant in Nagoya in 2014.
