The Japanese restaurant at the Four Seasons introduces a new menu of spring dishes

While there are events right and left all raising money for Japan, one of the most useful things we can do for the afflicted country is to keep eating at Japanese restaurants, regardless of all the unsubstantiated and paranoid radiation rumours floating around. For April, Inagiku at the Four Seasons has launched a new set menu (HK$398). Rest assured that the menu contains plenty of non-Japanese products such as teppanyaki beef from the US, scallop from Australia and Norwegian salmon. More importantly, the restaurant is still using non-tainted Japanese produce and some of the chef's recommendations include:

- Japanese halfbeak sashimi

- thin sliced sakura snapper sashimi

- kama steamed rice with deep-fried sakura shrimp

- kama steamed rice with Japanese wagyu beef
