This collaboration at Petrus concludes Island Shangri-La's Gourmet March series

Island Shangri-La is set to conclude its Gourmet March series with a collaboration dinner between Doha’s Idam by Alain Ducasse and the hotel’s Restaurant Petrus. The limited-time menu transports the essence of Alain Ducasse’s Museum of Islamic Art flagship to one of Hong Kong’s fine dining establishments. 

Under the direction of executive chef Fabrice Rosso, this collaboration fuses the precision of French haute cuisine with Idam’s philosophy of preservation, seasonality and refined craftsmanship. Rosso transforms exceptional ingredients through time-honoured techniques and contemporary innovation, weaving subtle elements of the region’s cuisine. Think exotic spices, terroir-forward nuances and immersive sensory layers, blended into an elevated experience that marries culinary heritage with global exploration.

The collaboration menu is available at Petrus from March 26 to 28, priced from HK$2,288 for six courses per person and from HK$2,988 for eight courses per person.
