The Japanese chirashi specialist is launching a new collection of menus available all day long

This winter, Hokkaidon is presenting a new selection of set menus, pairing the season’s new array of special don (rice bowls) with Inaniwa udon. The restaurant’s new don and udon set menu includes rice bowl varieties such as Matsuba crab and salmon roe mini don and curry udon, ‘Yukhoe’ diced sashimi mini don with onsen egg udon with sesame sauce, beef with onsen egg mini don and udon in chicken broth, Kabayaki eel mini don with udon in pork broth, and chicken katsu curry mini don and Matsuba crab claw udon in pork broth. Each seasonal set menu is paired with a selection of appetisers such as crab roe salad, white fish carpaccio, and seaweed sashimi salad, as well as miso soup to complete each set.

The new winter set menus rotate daily and are available during both lunch and dinner services.
